For an Interac e-Transfer, we may receive information included in the transfer notification or payment confirmation.

Health information

Tides Peps does not ask customers to provide medical conditions, symptoms, diagnoses, medications or other health information during checkout.

We do not retain customer health conditions or medical records. Please do not submit medical or other sensitive health information through our contact forms, reviews or other website fields.

Tides Peps generally uses Canada Post to ship orders.

8. Processing Outside Canada

Tides Peps operates in British Columbia, and no Tides Peps personnel located outside Canada are authorized to access customer information.
